Subsea7 initially engaged with Pisys to provide a web-based Query Management System to track and manage inter-company collaborations and the queries that arise from them. Interface Management is a large and important part of projects and without a good interface Management strategy in place, budgets and schedules can suffer. Therefore, one of the main system requirements was to provide a fully auditable trail of Interface queries from project start up to closeout. Pisys’ team took on board all our requirements. The Query Management System is a robust and easy to use tool. The system is advantageous as it is fully configurable and being web-based allows users to track and manage queries in real time, from any project region. We have used this system for a few years now and the continued support provided by Pisys has been invaluable.
