What’s new in ATMS v7.1.1.0

The following is a list of enhancements that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 7.1.1.0.

 1.1.1.A System Administrator can now see and delete all Draft actions

We are pleased to announce a significant update to the system that enhances the management of draft actions. From this point forward, all users with system administrator privileges will have the ability to view and delete draft actions across any projects they have access to.

This update is particularly beneficial in streamlining the process of archiving users who are no longer part of the project. Since these administrators can now delete draft actions linked to these former users, it will greatly improve efficiency and organisation within projects.

We believe this enhancement will greatly benefit project administrators and contribute to a more efficient workflow.

 1.1.2.PDF Library Updates and Improvements

We are excited to announce significant updates to the PDF Library utilised by ATMS, enhancing its functionality and user experience. These improvements focus on increasing flexibility and efficiency regarding attachment uploads and the project report.

One of the major upgrades is the expanded support for various PDF versions. Previously, users were limited to specific versions when uploading documents. With the latest updates, the PDF Library now accommodates a broader range of PDF versions, making it easier for users to upload their files regardless of the source or creation method. This enhancement streamlines the workflow, allowing for a more seamless integration of documents into the system.

Additionally, a notable feature introduced is the capability to print images directly to the project report. This means that any relevant images can now be incorporated into reports without the need for separate processing or additional steps. This feature is particularly beneficial for users needing to present visual data alongside their textual content, facilitating a more comprehensive and visually appealing report.

To improve transparency and usability, we have also implemented a new mechanism for handling unsupported attachments. In cases where certain files cannot be printed with the project report due to compatibility issues, these attachments will now be clearly listed at the end of the report. This allows users to easily reference any materials that could not be included, ensuring that all pertinent information is accessible and organised, even if not directly printable within the main body of the report.

These updates significantly enhance the attachment and PDF printing capabilities, ensuring that ATMS users have a more versatile and user-friendly tool at their disposal for managing project documentation.

 1.1.3.Action Recurrence Information Section

We have introduced a new information section within the recurrence tab of the action edit screen. This section provides a comprehensive explanation of the various types of recurrence options available. It outlines how each type can be configured and customised to suit different needs. Users will find detailed guidance on setting up daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly recurrences, along with examples of when to use each type. This addition aims to enhance understanding and facilitate easier setup for recurring actions.

The following is a list of internally identified modifications that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 7.1.1.0.

• ATMS-881 - Add an information section on the recurrence tab
• ATMS-874 - Improve Oh ah Error page.
• ATMS-955 - Sys Admin should see and delete all the drafts.

The following is a list of bug fixes that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 7.1.1.0.

• ATMS-827 - The action side menu should close when the arrow is clicked as well as when the focus changes
• ATMS-846 - The Show/Hide Filters checkboxes in CP for the Reports do not hide the actual filter, just the label for it
• ATMS-941 - Audit tab sort order: prefer oldest top
• ATMS-947 - Audit sorting is incorrect
• ATMS-957 - Issue with Project visibility in QMS
• ATMS-965 - Under the Organisation Tab, some users show their usernames alongside their names and surnames, while others do not.
• ATMS-962 - When the Dashboard is disabled in the CP, a logged-in user can still see the menu item but cannot navigate to it
• ATMS-960 - Creating a new company does not save correctly. When trying to edit, it fails with a server error
• ATMS-961 - The Cancel and Save buttons on the new Admin - General page do not navigate to the action list screen
• ATMS-956 - Log out of ATMS results on a blank screen
• ATMS-937 - Mixed (skipped) reviewers sends multiple emails

• ATMS-951 - API access for a user cannot be enabled

• ATMS-859 - Can select Attachments for (uneditable) item awaiting review (but they're not saved).
• ATMS-882 - When attempting to attach an XLSM file type that is not supported by ATMS, the attachment fails but does not provide meaningful error feedback to the user
• ATMS-973 - The expand/collapse icon for the Tree control is not working as expected
• ATMS-971 - Actions are skipping a review stage and import is failing
• ATMS-969 - Import of Users fails with "PhoneNumber" error.
• ATMS-954 - Nuget showing some packages have vulnerabilities and need updates

The following is a list of security updates that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 7.1.1.0.

• ATMS-970 - Tampered refresh token is still valid.
• ATMS-924 - Convert ATMS API and Data for Core 2.2 to a .Net 4.8.1 and EF 6 project.
• ATMS-803 - Update ATMS threat Model and mitigate risks.
