What’s new in ATMS v7.0.0.26

The following is a list of enhancements that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 7.0.0.26.

1.1.1. Preservation of Action Status Approval Dates

We have implemented a significant update regarding how the system manages action approval dates, particularly when an action is reopened for further editing of the information submitted. With the recent changes, we are now retaining the original status approval dates, ensuring they remain unchanged unless the action undergoes a formal re-approval process. This enhancement aims to maintain the integrity of the approval timeline while still allowing users the flexibility to update their submissions as necessary.

1.1.2. ATMS’ New Design

We are excited to introduce a revamped UI experience designed to enhance usability and streamline how you interact with ATMS. Here is what is available right now:

New login screen with a clean and minimalist aesthetic that boasts a sleek design that reduces clutter, allowing users to focus on what matters most: logging in quickly and securely.
Our new action list screen with a redesigned interface prioritises user experience, providing an intuitive and seamless navigation path. With easily accessible buttons and menus, you can now perform essential functions, such as adding, editing, or deleting entries, more efficiently than ever. The new Action List Screen also features a cleaner, more modern look that enhances overall usability.
The horizontal tab navigation of the action edit screen has been replaced with a sleek, collapsible vertical side panel, giving you more screen space and a cleaner interface.
In addition, we have introduced dynamic filters that allow users to tailor their action views based on specific criteria. This feature enables quick sorting and filtering of actions, making it easy to find relevant items without sifting through unrelated data.

Together, these updates simplify your interactions, improve productivity, and make the application more user-friendly.

1.1.2.1. New Login Screen

We have a fresh and modern redesign of our login screen, aimed at enhancing user experience and streamlining your access to our app. The login process has been simplified with a more intuitive flow. Users can now navigate effortlessly between login and password recovery options, minimising frustration and saving time. With increased emphasis on security, the updated login screen features additional prompts for strong password creation. We believe this redesign will enhance your experience and streamline your access to the app.

1.1.2.2. New Action List Screen

Our new action list screen features a redesigned interface that prioritises user experience and provides an intuitive, seamless navigation path. With easily accessible buttons and menus, you can now perform essential functions, such as adding, editing, or deleting entries, more efficiently than ever.

The new Action List Screen also boasts a cleaner, more modern appearance that enhances overall usability. The visual simplicity of the design allows users to quickly scan through their actions without feeling overwhelmed by unnecessary elements. This clutter-free approach creates a more focused user experience, ensuring that critical information stands out. As a result, tasks can be handled swiftly, leading to increased productivity. This enhancement aims to reduce the number of clicks required to manage actions, enabling users to concentrate on their tasks without getting frustrated by complicated navigation.

Overall, these enhancements to the Action List Screen exemplify our commitment to creating a streamlined and user-friendly environment, empowering users to manage their workflows with greater efficiency.

1.1.2.3. Dynamic Filters

We’ve replaced the separate filtering options in ATMS with dynamic filters that make searching for actions faster and more intuitive. Now, whether users are looking for actions based on due dates, status, or the individuals responsible for completing them, the enhanced filtering system allows for a more precise and focused approach. Users can effortlessly narrow down their search results to find exactly what they need, all within just a few clicks from a centralised, easy-to-access menu. This improvement not only saves time but also enhances the overall user experience by providing a more responsive and tailored search capability.

1.1.2.4. New Action Edit Screen

The transition from a horizontal tab layout to a vertical navigation system significantly enhances user experience and optimises the use of screen real estate. In the previous design, the navigation menu stretched across the top of the action edit screen, which often obscured a variety of features on devices with smaller screens. By implementing a vertical side panel for navigation, we have successfully created a more streamlined and well-organised user interface.

The redesigned navigation for the action edit screen now runs vertically along the left side of the screen and can be expanded or collapsed at your convenience. When the panel is fully extended, it offers swift and effortless access to all available tabs, which helps users quickly locate the information they need. Conversely, when the panel is collapsed, it significantly reduces visual clutter, allowing for an uncluttered workspace and providing more room for users to concentrate on their tasks.

Additionally, we have consolidated action buttons, such as print, copy, generate sub, and linked actions, into a strategically placed side menu. This thoughtful grouping aims to enhance user focus by ensuring that essential functions are easily accessible, allowing users to execute their tasks with greater efficiency and clarity.
