What’s new in ATMS v6.6.2.7
The following is a list of enhancements that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 6.6.2.7.
1.1.1.Add recurring due in email reminders.
We have added support for setting Recurring Due In reminders to start from a specific date, with the option to send a final reminder a defined number of days before the due date.
1.1.2.Matrix Controls.
A new Matrix Control has been introduced for both the Action Edit and List screens. This will replace the existing matrix functionality, and all current matrix data will be migrated to the new control based on the existing matrices. The Matrix control features the following enhancements:
- ATMS-686 – Added an admin section for creating and updating Matrix-type controls.
- ATMS-690 – Implemented an Import feature supporting data with matrix information for easier migration and setup.
- ATMS-689 – Enhanced the List screen with filters specific to Matrix controls, improving data management.
- ATMS-691 – Enabled audit tracking for changes made to matrix data on action edit screens.
- ATMS-688 – Expanded printing and exporting capabilities for Matrix controls across single action prints, action list prints, and export functions.
- ATMS-687 – Added a "Select Project Matrix" feature to the Project Edit screen, allowing association of matrix configurations to individual projects.
The following is a list of internally identified modifications that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 6.6.2.7:
- ATMS-663 - Updated the ATMS AWS S3 Extension library to support usage in any AWS region.
- ATMS-671 - Added support for TLS 1.3 when sending emails from ATMS.
The following is a list of bug fixes that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 6.6.2.7.
- ATMS-661 - Fixed an issue where the Status dropdown was not visible to sysadmins involved in an action, even if they had special permissions to edit the status.
- ATMS-683 - Resolved user import timeout issues on the production database.
- ATMS-696 - Fixed an issue where parent actions were not displaying all sub-actions, and linked actions were also not fully visible.
- ATMS-665 - Fixed missing display of 'Created by Company' and 'Department' fields on the Action Edit and Single Action Print screens.
- ATMS-673 - Resolved an issue where user-created audit notes were being deleted and their timestamps were incorrectly updated.
- ATMS-700 - Fixed a server error occurring when using Link to Existing Action.
The following is a list of security updates that were implemented in Pisys ATMS release 6.6.2.7.
- ATMS-660 – Updated various dependency libraries to improve system security.
